Terms of Service

OK Nihongo helps you study Japanese with courses, JLPT practice, review, and AI speaking lessons. These terms explain what you can expect from the product and what we ask from you.

What You Can Use

Free lets you try part of the product. Pro unlocks more courses, JLPT papers, AI usage, and learning history. The exact access is shown on the product and payment pages.

Your Account

Use your own email address. Do not share accounts, scrape lesson or exam content, attack the service, or resell OK Nihongo materials.

Courses and Exams

Lessons, explanations, and mock exams are for study and preparation. If you notice a wrong answer, broken display, or unclear explanation, please tell us.

AI Speaking

AI speaking is a practice partner, not a human teacher. It can suggest and correct expressions, but it may still be unnatural or wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, visa, contract, or other professional decisions.

Pro Passes

Pro passes are one-time monthly, quarterly, or annual validity periods. They do not auto-renew. When the pass expires, your account returns to Free access.

Payment Issues

If you see a duplicate payment, paid but did not receive Pro access, or cannot use a core paid feature for an extended period, contact us with your account email and payment details.
